Who we are. This website is operated by Containers Entertainment for The Container, an entertainment venue in North Obhur, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Questions about anything on this page: support@thecontainer.group.

What we collect. When you contact us or join the mailing list, we store the details you submit — name, email, phone and message — in our customer system, and use them only to reply to you and to send the updates you asked for. Every mailing includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing us.

What we don't do. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing, and this site runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your day/night display preference for the current visit.

Tickets. Ticket sales are handled by an external ticketing partner; purchases are subject to the partner's terms, which are shown at checkout. Entry policies — including the 18+ rule for musical nights — are listed on each event.

Content. All names, logos, images and video on this site belong to Containers Entertainment or their respective owners, and may not be reused without written permission.

Changes. We may update this page as the venue and the law evolve; the version published here is always the current one.
